Job Description

This entry level position is responsible for pulling, processing and organizing job information files.


  • Sort and organize paperwork
  • Retrieve shipped orders from files
  • Process files to be completed in a timely, accurate and organized manner
  • Prepare and organize shop paperwork and make photocopies, if necessary
  • Place materials into storage receptacles such as filing cabinets, boxes, bins or drawers, according to classification and identification information


  • Great time management, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Experience in sorting, filing and photocopying 
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
