Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The maintenance supervisor is a hands-on position, responsible for proper maintenance and repair of all production equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the Maintenance Repair technicians and assign projects to be completed.
• Communicate and collaborate with plant managers and supervisors to prioritize repairs/projects.
• Ensure safety standards are followed while performing repairs.
• Track and log preventive maintenance according to schedule.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-5 plus years maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Pneumatics, hydraulics, 1/3 phase electrical systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
